Tenny Ten is no newcomer to the UK music scene. His first independently released mix-tape ‘Ghetto Brick Road’ - a collection of 30 snappy, sharp freestyles - earned rave reviews from Hip Hop Connection, who hailed him as “one of the best British MCs to date”. With a smooth tongue, stylish swagger and knack for an ear-catching hook, his appeal is wide ranging and undeniable. Supporters include Radio 1/1 Xtra’s Tim Westwood, Ras Kwame and Twin B.

An able lyricist and erstwhile mentor, Tenny Ten is a star in ascendance. Having been on tour with Chipmunk and Tinie Tempah earlier this year and currently touring with Mr Hudson, Tenny Ten is making a name for himself.

Those who are aware of his pedigree will know that it was just a matter of time. Both his parents were in the music industry; his mum was a backing singer for 80’s icons Culture Club and UB40 and his Dad played keys with the rock band Thin Lizzy. Coming from Wolverhampton, an unlikely breeding ground for hip hop talent, he has a different 'urban' tale. Check out his forthcoming single ‘Swaggnificent’ for an introduction to this rising star.

Tenny dedicates a lot of his time performing in schools in his local area and taking on the responsibility of role model, talking to kids and giving advice on their future aspirations.
