The saying “Good things come in threes” seems to be literally applied to trailblazing musician Justin Clarke who has recently re-emerged with a new name, Ghetts, new record label of All Around The World and new single called ‘Sing 4 Me’.
The artist recently made the unprecedented decision to change his artist name from Ghetto to Ghetts, in line with his new image and direction as an artist.
Combined with this, Ghetts has recently signed to Blackburn-based record label All Around The World (AATW); the imprint responsible for chart hits such as ‘Heartbroken’ (T2), ‘Get Your Back Into It’ (Ice Cube) and ‘Papa’ (N-Dubz). AATW have since their inception racked up a series of top 10 hits.
The label have signed ‘Sing 4 Me’, which is expected to have a mid-February 2009 release. The main track on the single is the electro-fuelled mix which has had an immense response so far from tastemaker DJs and the general public. The video was also shot recently in Prague and Hedingley Castle, near Colchester. The video is due for release at the beginning of January 2009.
In the meantime the street buzz track ‘Don’t Phone Me’ featuring Griminal is heating up on the scene on Channel U.
