MPHO, GHETTS & LEON JEAN MARIE PREPARE FOR RE:DEFINITION

Boxes: great for storage, terrible for musicians who defy genre. Enter Urban Development with Re:Definition, a project that casts aside cardboard-thin constructs in search of what really matters to music lovers - talent, originality and creativity.
As part of the Create Festival ‘09, we invited a selection of groundbreaking homegrown artists to share their passion for musical creativity through collaboration. Re:Definition is what happens when expressions are re:fixed, re:mixed and re:freshed
Leave your preconceptions at home and step into a world where everything inside is outside of the box. Homegrown heroes MPHO, Ghetts, Leon Jean Marie, Rosie Wilson, The Thirst and Double S are paired with like-minded souls from the other side of the genre divide. Think fantasy football league for music fans.

Add UK soul legend Roachford, drum n bass soulstress Jenna G and a live band and you have the makings of an unmissable event. Reserve your seat for a musical excursion that goes beyond the urban city limits.
The evening will also feature a screening of a short film inspired by the project.
