The industry requires fresh talent and young, creative minds to take it into the digital age - that's where you come in. If you are in *Year 10 or 11 and think you have vocal or production talent, then this project is for you.

UProgress is the first point of contact for school students looking to explore careers in music. Over a period of 20 sessions, Urban Development is offering you the chance to work as part of a record label preparing to release a mini album that will be performed at a live showcase in March 2011. The project also includes a week of recording during the February half-term.

The Tutors…

Production - Just beat it!

Got an ear for talent?

Ben Scarr, Semtex & Twin B do it, can you? Why not work as part of an A&R team, help develop the sound of the group and find that act with the next big hit.
