Sisters are doin' it for themselves once again at the Unplugged Session. Last year's Ladies Special took the organic soul night to new heights, with stunning vocal turns from Hil St Soul, Tawiah, Vula, Rosie Wilson and Gemma Fox.

This year’s event promises to be another essential date in the live music calendar, with exclusive sets from award winning artists Ms Dynamite and Shola Ama plus MOBO Jazz winner YolanDa Brown, rising star Katy B, SheZar and fresh talent from Urban Development's Vocal Collective.

REVIEW: Unplugged Session, February 19

This month's Unplugged Session was a real eye opener for those witnessing the talents of Kerry Leatham, Hannah Rose, Ava Leigh, Bryn Christopher and Bashy for the first time. Stratford Circus served as the perfect venue to host the eclectic line up.

Colchester girl and Ani Difranco fan Kerry Leatham plays the guitar, sings and writes music - all three of which makes her exceptionally happy. She enjoys her own space and spends a lot of time daydreaming to avoid boredom.

Kerry is currently putting the finalising touches to her first album, and the song in this video was featured on the soundtrack to the film Adulthood.
