Urban Development @ One Movement

One Movement events are new free festivals for 11-19 year olds and their families in East London, taking place this summer and in 2012. Part of the In the Parks programme, the events are all about  bringing Olympic style sports festivals to local area.

With chances to try sports including basketball, football, archery and dance among others, and live entertainment from up and coming urban artists One Movement blurs the line between sport, dance and culture.

Urban Development Presents Re:Definition 2011

Urban Development presents Re:Definition. A conceptual showcase designed to redefine urban music as we know it, Re:Definition is all about uniting established acts and emerging talent from East London through collaboration and blurring the boundaries between theatre, multimedia and live music.

REVIEW: Urban music triumphs at Re:Definition 2010

How could you possibly find the right words to sum up the opening night of Re:Definition? A collaboration of exciting, unquestionable talent originating from London would be true, but also much too brief! Its creators, Urban Development managed once again, to put on an incredible show, portraying urban music in a new light. Artists joined forces to 'welcome us to London’ providing an amazing soundtrack to the city and its urban culture along the way.
