Kano serves up his latest offering in the form of 'Upside', an uplifting track featuring Why Why Peaches group member, Michelle Breeze. Production by Craigie Dodds.

From the UK to Jamaica and back: Kano brings you his new club smash, "Get Wild". Recorded across 3 different capital cities – London, Berlin and Kingston – and mixed in New York, "Get Wild" sees Kano joined by Jamaican dancehall star Aidonia and maverick talent Wiley. Ripping it up back to back, the trio concoct a head-spinning whirlwind of rapid-fire lyrics.

Kano means many things to many people: he's an insightful voice from grime's golden era, a poster boy for a once subterranean scene, an open-mined musician capable of collaborating with artists outside of his genre... the list goes on.

‘140 Grime Street’ saw him renew his lease on some valuable hood real estate. Now Kano is back to handle big business and show love to his fans on the alternative side of town. ‘Rock N Rolla’ and ‘Julia’, his collaboration with alternative pop band The Very Best are just a taste of things to come. If street records like ‘NWMOS’ are aimed squarely at die-hards caught up in the past, this latest salvo is a future investment that should find him laughing all the way to the bank.

East Ham’s favourite son has been the talk of the town, ever since he graced the masses with his genre-blurring debut ‘Home Sweet Home’ in 2005. With Mike Skinner’s endorsement, K-A was streets ahead of the competition; spearheading the grime generation’s invasion into the mainstream, with hits like ‘Brown Eyes’ and ‘Night Night’.

Kano's new single 'Rock N Roller' (out 26th Oct) is a soaring slice of heavyweight urban electro-pop with synth-driven vocals and a disconcertingly catchy chorus.

Kano is back on the road with a string of new tour dates. Catch the rock n roller as he flys through London for a one off gig, before embarking on a series of regional dates.
