The BBC and Hackney Council are recruiting now for summer work experience placements in the BBC.

The placement is a 4 week unpaid placement with the BBC. It's open to Hackney residents, aged 18 or over, who don't have a degree or are on a degree course and who are passionate about media.

They've had 10 people go through it and now working on things like the 2012 Dreams website, the Sports library, BBC Writersroom, BBC London, Radio 1, The One Show and Rogue Traders.
