If you are into your bashment and never witnessed at least one of The Heatwave's (dancehall don dadas in the UK) parties, you are missing out on life.

In June, The Heatwave has thrown the craziest party ever gathering UK music legends from different eras under the roof of east London venue Cargo. With the line up including dons like General Levy, Glamma Kid, Wiley, Riko Dan, Lady Chann and Stylo G, Showtime was once in a lifetime night with all the MC's involved spitting over classic dancehall riddims. 

For all those who couldn't make it, don't worry! The dancehall sound hired Rollo Jackson (Toddla T and Hot Chip) to capture the "hypest" moments of the night in 'Showtime' DVD and it also includes interviews with pioneers Stush, Glamma Kid and Riko Dan.
