Jigga and Queen B definitely don't waste any time. 

According to the Washington Post, Beyonce and Jay-Z have filed a trademark application to protect their daughter Blue Ivy's name, as several companies have used the name to sell their products. Apparently Beyonce has submitted an application form to the US Patent and Trademark Office to own the rights of the name, as it's rumoured she's planning to launch a baby line under the name Blue Ivy. 

As the American newspaper reports, the line will consist of "baby carriages, baby cosmetics, diaper bags, and other undoubtedly fabulous accoutrements for the fashion-forward infant."

The couple has to make an official statement about the trademark matter yet.
