We've just announced an incredible line-up, for our Industry Takeover Showcase and Seminar, at this year’s The Great Escape festival in Brighton on the afternoon of Friday 19th May. Our showcase will host performers Paigey Cakey, Kojey Radical, Tizzy & Brandz and The Masks.
Our very own Malunga, an Urban Artist School alumni, is a vibrant soul-pop artist from East London. Over the last year, she has worked solidly, and independently, creating a body of work that reveals her playful personality. Malunga's captivating voice has allowed her to embed her unique stories within her new music -experimenting with the idea of life's ups and downs. While she's not singing as The Roundhouse's Resident Artist, the young singer is pushing her down further. 'Whispers in the dark' was recently track listed on Toddla T's playlist for BBC Radio 1. She continues to evolve in her work, drawing attention to reality whilst escaping through a dreamland. Malunga is definitely one to watch. Full story
